Peak mask function
In the receiver function of KC908, you can turn on the marker demodulation function to demodulate and monitoring the signal of the frequency where the marker is located, and then you can turn on the auto peak function of the marker to achieve automatic tracking and monitoring of the peak signal within the maximum 15MHz bandwidth. In some cases, there may be some stable interfering frequencies in the frequency range that make the marker track to the interfering frequencies we don't need, in this case, you can use the Peak Mask function to mask the uninteresting frequencies, thus making the monitoring more convenient.
How to use.
Press the marker button, then select the marker to be used;open the marker demodulation;
press Auto peak in the second page of the marker menu to enter the menu;
rotate the wheel to move the marker to the frequency point you want to mask, press Mask Now, then a highlighted mask will be added to the current frequency point. Due to the screen limitation of KC908, the mask may be difficult to observe.
You can continue to move the marker to add different frequency points; press edit to edit the mask, you can use the wheel to rotate to select the mask you want to edit, rang add will make the frequency range of the mask wider, rang sub will reduce the frequency range of the selected mask. clear now will delete the selected mask. After editing the mask, go back to the marker menu and turn on the auto peak function, then the marker will only jump to the frequencies other than the mask.
